2. Pre-production vehicle; no offer to sell
- The VELNOR R1 and R1 S shown on the Site are pre-production vehicles. Images are illustrations. Specifications, performance figures, features, colors, pricing and availability are preliminary targets and may change without notice.
- Performance figures are manufacturer estimates for closed-course conditions. They are not certified by the EPA or any other authority. Always obey traffic laws.
- Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell a vehicle or a solicitation of an offer to buy. Registering interest does not create an order, contract, reservation or guarantee of allocation.
- We do not collect payments or deposits through the Site. Any future purchase will be governed by a separate written agreement and must comply with applicable state motor-vehicle dealer and distribution laws.
